Our Commitment

Kaufman Real Estate & Consulting LLC is committed to making landbriefing.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Measures We Have Taken

As part of this review, we made the following changes across the Site:

Added visible, keyboard-focusable "Skip to main content" links and a labeled <main> landmark on the standalone pages (schedule, city, spotlight, and legal pages).
Added accessible names (aria-label) to the sign-in, account-request, market-search, and Keystone chat fields on the homepage dashboard that previously relied on placeholder text alone.
Marked the Keystone chat transcript as a live region (role="log", aria-live="polite") so new responses are announced to assistive technology.
Added rel="noopener noreferrer" to links that open in a new tab.
Confirmed a single, descriptive <h1> and logical heading order on each page.
Confirmed visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. The homepage hosts a data-dense, gated dashboard (market table, weight sliders, interactive map, and the Keystone chat widget); we are continuing to review its more interactive elements against WCAG 2.1 AA, and some embedded third-party content, such as the Calendly scheduling widget, may fall outside our direct control.
